The history of sugar dates back thousands of years. Its journey began in Southeast Asia, where sugarcane, the plant from which sugar is extracted, was first domesticated. The earliest evidence of sugar production comes from ancient India around 500 BCE, where sugarcane juice was boiled to create crystals, a process known as crystallization. The word “sugar” itself is derived from the Sanskrit word "śarkarā," meaning gravel or ground substance, a reference to its granular form.Our inspiration started with the rich history of sugar and it’s by products. White Crystal Sugar

White crystal sugar, commonly known simply as granulated sugar, is a refined form of sugar with a characteristic white colour and crystal-like texture is our core product. It is one of the most widely used forms of sugar in cooking, baking, and as a sweetener in beverages. B Heavy Molasses

Is an intermediate by-product of the sugar manufacturing process, specifically in the extraction of sugar from sugarcane. It falls between Aa molasses and C molasses in terms of sugar content and is sometimes referred to as "high-purity molasses" due to its higher residual sugar levels. B Heavy molasses strikes a balance between being a by-product with some remaining sugar content and a valuable feedstock for biofuel production, making it an important resource in industries like ethanol manufacturing.

C Heavy Molasses

A by-product of the sugar manufacturing process, specifically from the final stage of sugar extraction from sugarcane . It is the most concentrated form of molasses, containing the least amount of recoverable sugar. It is mainly used for ethanol production in distilleries through fermentation, as it serves as an efficient raw material for bioethanol. Additionally, it can be utilized in the production of animal feed, where its high energy content adds value to livestock nutrition. C Heavy molasses is a key feedstock for the biofuel industry and plays an important role in the circular economy of sugarcane processing. Pressmud

Pressmud, also known as filter cake or sugarcane filter press mud, is a by-product of the sugar manufacturing process. It is produced during the clarification of sugarcane juice, where impurities are removed from the juice before it is crystallized into sugar. Pressmud is primarily composed of organic and inorganic materials, including soil, plant fibres, wax, and other non-sucrose elements. It is a versatile by-product of the sugar industry, valued for its agricultural benefits and potential in renewable energy production. Its use promotes sustainability and contributes to environmental conservation efforts. The use of pressmud as an organic fertilizer or bio-compost reduces the need for chemical fertilizers, promoting sustainable agricultural practices. Additionally, it helps in waste management by repurposing a by-product of the sugar industry into valuable resources. Recent innovations have shown that pressmud can be used for production of Compressed Bio Gas (CBG).
